In 2021, Dr. Balaji M opened M R Balaji Dental Clinic on Villianur Bypass Road with one belief: no patient should suffer because they are afraid of the dentist.
He saw that most people avoid dental care because of fear, not cost. A check-up gets put off, a small problem quietly becomes a painful one — and by the time they come in, the fear has grown too.

So he built the clinic around a simple promise: Painless. Fearless. Smiles. Gentle, modern treatment. Every step explained before we begin. A calm space where you are never rushed, judged or pushed. And for patients who feel very anxious, Dr. Balaji holds a Fellowship in Nitrous Oxide Inhalation Sedation to help them feel calm and relaxed.
